Roosevelt, Ut.- On 12/27/2022, Officer Harrison was contacted by Agent Coil with Adult Probation and Parole. Agent Coil advised that he had Kira McAllister at his office, and she admitted to him under Miranda that she had heroin in her residence.
Agent Coil advised that based on her probation agreement, her phone was searched, and found indications of theft in her phone.
Officer Harrison responded to Agent Coils office and spoke with Kira. Agent Coil advised her of her rights, and Officer Harrison reminded her and asked if she was willing to talk with him, and she stated she would be okay with that.
Officer Harrison asked Kira about taking a trailer hitch from a vehicle at the high school, and Kira said she had taken the trailer hitch from the school. Kira later advised that they sometimes drive through the school parking lot looking for things to take.
He then asked Kira about a pressure washer being taken, and she admitted to being at the house the pressure washer was taken from but said she was there trying to find the owner of a found puppy.
Officer Harrison asked Kira about the drugs, and she said that there was heroin in her room at the house and possibly a methamphetamine pipe.
A search warrant for the residence was secured and served. Heroin, along with a testable amount of methamphetamine, was located in the house, along with a glass pipe with residue and tubes used for heroin.
Several scales were located in Kira's room, and baggies and tin foil.
Kira told Officer Harrison that they had stolen a trailer hitch from Stewart's, and it was located in her vehicle, which she showed me at the residence.
The heroin and methamphetamine, and paraphernalia were located, and Officer Harrison spoke with her about it.
Kira advised that all the drugs were hers and forgot about the methamphetamine pipes.
Kira was placed under arrest for possession of heroin, possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of the stolen property, and theft for a prior case of taking a trailer hitch from the high school in Roosevelt.
Kira was cleared at the hospital and transported to jail without incident.
Kira was also placed on a 72-hour hold by her probation officer. Kira is currently on probation for stealing a credit card and using the stolen credit card.
