| Uintah County | March 1st, 2025 |

9-1-1 received a domestic disturbance call involving 39-year-old Steven Scott Webb. It was reported that Steven was yelling and assaulting his spouse.

Officers made contact with both parties, and the victim stated she and Steven got into an argument that escalated, and he threw a vape device that hit the victim in the stomach.

The victim stated that Steven then grabbed a firearm in the bedroom and was unsure if he pointed the gun at her and threatened to shoot himself.

The victim stated that Steven slammed the gun onto the bed while they continued arguing. He then jumped on top of the victim, grabbed her arms, and bounced on top of her while yelling in her face.

The victim recorded audio of the incident on her phone. The recording captured Steven yelling threats of suicide and the sounds of a struggle, which the victim identified as when Steven grabbed and pushed her onto the bed.

The victim expressed concern about Steven's possible illegal drug use and mental health issues contributing to his aggression.

Two children were inside the residence at the time of the altercation. One of the children called 9-1-1.

Deputy Mieure spoke with Steven, and he stated that the victim woke him up, and he admitted they argued over marital issues. He said that he slammed some doors, yelled, and threw his vape but was unsure if it hit the victim.

Steven grabbed the firearm in frustration but denied being suicidal, saying he just "Wanted to go."

Steven Webb was arrested and transported to the Uintah County jail, where he was booked into jail for domestic assault, domestic in the presence of a child x 2, and threatening with a dangerous weapon.
